Ticketing partners

Integrate NYBA into your ticketing platform.

When a ticketing platform connects NYBA, its promoters sell more tickets, the platform processes more volume and buyers come back to the same shop. NYBA OS forecasts demand per show, runs paid campaigns and measures every result against the tickets your system has actually sold.

NYBA / Revenue OS for Live Entertainment / Ticketing partners

A ticketing platform sees every order, every event and every sales curve. Yet many promoters on that platform still market their shows with a few boosted posts and a gut feeling. The gap between the data the platform holds and the marketing promoters actually run is where tickets go unsold. An integration with NYBA closes that gap for every promoter on the platform at once.

Why ticketing platforms integrate NYBA

For many promoters, ticketing has become interchangeable: checkout, seat maps, payouts and access control look similar across providers. What promoters remember is whether their show sold out. A platform that brings more buyers to its promoters' events gives them a reason to stay, to bring their next tour and to recommend the platform to other promoters.

NYBA turns the platform's sales data into marketing that sells. Every connected event can get a demand forecast, campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube and a clear view of what each euro of ad spend returned in real ticket sales. The platform offers all of this without building its own ad tech stack or marketing department.

Win, win, win: who gains from the integration

A NYBA integration is not a trade-off between the platform and its promoters. More tickets sold through better marketing benefit everyone along the chain.

For promoters: more tickets from every euro

Clearly more tickets sold, because campaigns start at the right moment, reach new buyers and keep running while demand is there.
Measurability based on verified ticket sales from the ticketing system, not on purchases reported by the ad platforms.
Plannability through a demand forecast per show, so promoters know early which dates need support and which sell on their own.
The most from every euro, because budget moves automatically to the shows, cities and audiences that need it.

For the ticketing platform: more volume and more promoters

More tickets sold on the platform, and with them more booking fees and more transactions.
More visibility, because every campaign sends buyers to the platform's own ticket shop.
More promoters, because marketing that sells is a strong argument when promoters choose their ticketing provider.
More returning customers: promoters who bring their next show and ticket buyers who come back to the same shop.
Additional revenue from the integration itself. The commercial model is agreed individually with each platform.

For ticket buyers: the right show at the right time

Fans see ads for shows that match their taste, in their city, before the best seats are gone. Fewer irrelevant ads, more evenings they actually want to experience.

More tickets for the promoter, more volume for the platform, the right show for the fan.

How the integration works

NYBA connects on two levels: the data layer that powers forecasting and measurement, and the promoter backend where promoters switch NYBA on for their events.

1. Data connection via API or webhooks

Events, ticket types, capacities and orders flow from the ticketing system to NYBA OS via API or webhooks. Purchase events can be sent server-side to Meta, TikTok and Google, deduplicated with the browser pixel and only within the consent the buyer has given.

2. NYBA in the promoter backend

Promoters activate NYBA directly in the platform's dashboard, for a single show or a whole tour. Event data such as date, venue, prices and ticket link is already there, so campaigns do not have to be set up from scratch.

3. Forecasting and campaigns

NYBA OS forecasts demand per show and ticket type, launches campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google and YouTube, plus Snapchat where the market calls for it, and shifts budget to the dates that are behind their curve.

4. Measurement on verified ticket sales

Every result is reconciled with the orders in the ticketing system. Promoters see what their marketing really sold, and the platform sees how much additional volume the integration brings.

The process: from first call to go-live

Intro call: the platform, its promoters and the goals of the integration.
Technical scoping: available interfaces, data fields, consent setup and the right place in the promoter backend.
Connection and test: the data link is set up and tested with real events.
Pilot: a selected group of promoters runs live campaigns, measured on verified ticket sales.
Rollout: NYBA becomes available to all promoters on the platform, with the NYBA expert layer supporting launch plans and creative.

What stays with the ticketing platform

Buyers keep buying in the platform's ticket shop. Checkout, customer relationship and brand stay with the ticketing platform. Data is processed only for the agreed purposes and in line with GDPR, based on a data processing agreement.

Proven in live entertainment

NYBA OS runs more than 1,200 events per year for more than 100 promoters, with clients including Live Nation, Cirque du Soleil and BBC Earth. NYBA has been an official TikTok Marketing Partner since 2020 and has held the TikTok Premier badge since September 2026.

Questions ticketing platforms ask

What does a NYBA integration mean for a ticketing platform?

The ticketing system shares event and order data with NYBA OS, and promoters can activate NYBA directly in the platform's backend. NYBA then forecasts demand, runs paid campaigns and measures results against the tickets sold on the platform.

How does the ticketing platform benefit?

More tickets sold on the platform, more booking fees, more visibility for its ticket shop, more promoters who choose the platform for its marketing, and additional revenue from the integration itself.

Do buyers leave the ticket shop?

No. Campaigns send buyers to the platform's own ticket shop. Checkout and customer relationship stay with the ticketing platform.

Which ad channels does NYBA use?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google and YouTube, plus Snapchat, Reddit and Pinterest depending on the market. Everything is steered from one platform and measured on verified ticket sales.

Is the integration GDPR compliant?

Data is processed only for the agreed purposes, based on a data processing agreement. Tracking and server-side events run only within the consent buyers have given.

Is NYBA an agency?

No. NYBA OS is a software platform for live entertainment. Campaigns are created, launched and optimised inside the platform, with the NYBA expert layer supporting launch plans and creative.
