Frontend Engineer (m/f/d)

NYBA is the Revenue OS for live entertainment. The platform forecasts ticket demand for every show, runs campaigns on every channel that sells tickets, and measures every euro against verified ticket sales from the ticketing system. 75M+ tickets sold, 1,200+ events a year and clients such as Live Nation, Cirque du Soleil and BBC Earth.

Please note: our engineering team works in English. German is a plus, not a requirement. You should be based in the EU.

Your role

Today the NYBA OS portal is built with AI-assisted and no-code tools. The plan is to keep that speed for the surface and move the core into code. You own the frontend: a clean React and TypeScript codebase for onboarding, briefing, previews, dashboards and billing, built for promoters who are not technical and want to see what sells. You work with the Head of Engineering, the Head of Product and the backend engineers.

What you will do

• Build the portal's core flows in React and TypeScript: onboarding, campaign briefing, preview approval, change requests, billing
• Turn the NYBA design system into reusable, accessible components
• Build real-time dashboards for ticket sales, spend, cost per ticket and creatives
• Make onboarding self-explanatory: status, next step and cost visible at every moment
• Build the embeddable Promote flow that ticketing platforms show in their own dashboards
• Use AI-assisted tooling where it speeds you up and replace it where it does not
• Keep the frontend fast, tested and consistent across desktop and mobile
• Instrument the product so we know where users get stuck

What you bring

• 4+ years of frontend engineering with React and TypeScript
• You have shipped a B2B SaaS product used daily by non-technical customers
• A strong feel for UI quality: spacing, typography, states, motion with purpose
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Comfortable with REST or GraphQL APIs, auth flows and data-heavy views
• You test what you build and care about performance
• You work independently, ship in small steps and document what you build
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Based in the EU, remote

Bonus points

• Experience with Supabase or with codebases that started in AI-assisted or no-code tools
• Charts and data visualisation
• Embedded widgets or iframes inside third-party products
• Experience with AI-assisted development
• Startup or scale-up experience
