Senior AI Automation & Platform Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Together with the management team, you build the next generation of the NYBA Portal and our AI infrastructure, designed for thousands of automated campaigns a day.
NYBA is the Revenue OS for live entertainment. The platform forecasts ticket demand for every show, runs campaigns on every channel that sells tickets, and measures every euro against verified ticket sales from the ticketing system. 75M+ tickets sold, 1,200+ events a year and clients such as Live Nation, Cirque du Soleil and BBC Earth.
Please note: fluent German is a requirement for every role at NYBA, so we can only consider applicants who speak German.
Your role
Our goal is to build the world’s leading AI platform for automated ticket sales and scalable performance marketing in live entertainment. For that, we are looking for a very strong operational and technical profile to work directly with the management team and operations management on the platform, automations and AI systems.
What you will do
- Build and optimise automated workflows for campaigns, forecasting, reporting and billing
- Design scalable processes for thousands of automated campaigns a day
- Develop our AI-driven Campaign Operating System further
- Build new automations with Lovable, n8n, Make and AI APIs
- Create intelligent AI processes with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other models
- Test and optimise new AI features and platform logic
- Analyse and optimise performance data from Meta, Google and TikTok
- Set up monitoring, alerting and quality control
What you bring
- Fluent German and very good English
- A deep understanding of AI, automation and modern SaaS workflows
- Experience with Lovable or a strong grasp of vibe coding and AI-assisted development
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, APIs and automation
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or comparable AI systems
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinking
- Strong ownership, speed and high quality standards
- A very structured way of working
- Experience in performance marketing, SaaS or platform operations is an advantage
Bonus points
- Experience with Supabase
- Experience with React or modern web apps
- Experience with AI agents and AI workflows
- Experience with campaign automation or ad APIs
- Startup or scale-up experience
